⅔ Cup Sugar-
1 Tsp Baking Powder-
½ Tsp Salt-
¼ Tsp Baking Soda-
½ Cup Margarine-
1 Cup (~2 ripe medium-size) Banana-
2 Eggs1.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.2.
Set cupcake liners in cupcake tin, and spray with your preferred oil.3.
Mix flour, protein powder, sugar, baking powder, salt and baking soda with a fork.4.
Cut in margarine with dough blender until mixture resembles course crumbs.5.
In small bowl, mash bananas and stir in eggs.6.
Add banana/egg mixture to dry mixture and stir until well mixed.7.
Evenly scoop batter into cupcake tin.8.
Bake for 25 minutes.
