Directions

1.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Set cupcake liners in cupcake tin, and spray with your preferred oil.

3.

Mix flour, protein powder, sugar, baking powder, salt and baking soda with a fork.

4.

Cut in margarine with dough blender until mixture resembles course crumbs.

5.

In small bowl, mash bananas and stir in eggs.

6.

Add banana/egg mixture to dry mixture and stir until well mixed.

7.

Evenly scoop batter into cupcake tin.

8.

Bake for 25 minutes.
