1 Large Cauliflower-
3 Tbsp Olive Oil-
2 Tbsp Flour-
½ Cup Vegetable Broth-
¼ Cup Dark Soy Sauce-
2 Tbsp Maple Syrup-
½ Tsp Red Pepper Flakes-
2 Tbsp Tahini Sauce-
2 Tsp Minced Garlic-
3 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar-
1 16oz Block Firm Tofu-
1 Cup Long Grain White Rice1.
Cook rice per directions on package.2.
Take tofu out of package, and let the water drain away from it.3.
Chop your cauliflower into bite-size florets.4.
Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in wok on medium heat, add cauliflower and a bit of water. Let cook for 5 minutes.5.
In small bowl, mix vegetable broth, soy sauce, maple syrup, vinegar, tahini, red pepper flakes and garlic.6.
Add mixed sauce and flour to wok, turn heat down to medium-low and cook it covered for 15 minutes (the longer it cooks, the darker the sauce).7.
In medium pan, heat remaining olive oil.8.
Cut tofu into bite size blocks, and add to medium pan. Season with salt & pepper.9.
Let 3 or 4 sides of each piece of tofu brown (~2-4 minutes each).10.
Add tofu to wok, and let simmer for 5 minutes.11.
Let rice and sweet & sour cauliflower cool for ~5min, serve hot and enjoy!
